Clinical Care · Zaha Health
Saliha Qadir, MS, LPC, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas with over eight years of experience. She is EMDR-trained, a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider, and a Certified Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager.
As a South Asian Muslim therapist, Saliha understands how identity, faith, and cultural roles can shape our lives in both beautiful and challenging ways. She works with Muslim, South Asian, and BIPOC individuals and couples across Texas to find healing, clarity, and meaningful connection.
Much of her work is with couples and marriages — premarital preparation, communication, rebuilding trust after infidelity, and reconnecting when partners have grown apart — drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. She also supports clients through severe depression, anxiety, and the long work of healing from trauma.
At Zaha, Saliha joins as one of the first therapists — a natural fit for the couples and premarital work at the heart of programs like Rahma and Mithaq.
Zaha's care is built around programs — a licensed therapist and a spiritual advisor on one shared plan, working together. That coordinated model is where the real change happens; it's the reason Zaha exists.
