Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.

Online, in the US. We open one state at a time, because therapists can only see clients in states where they’re licensed. Join the waitlist with your state and we’ll email you when we open there.
Yes. Your sessions are private, and we never sell your information or share it with advertisers. Our privacy policy explains what is shared and with whom.
There are a few legal exceptions every therapist must follow: if someone is in immediate danger, if a child, older or dependent adult may be abused or neglected, or if a court orders it. Your therapist explains these at your first session, and your spiritual advisor follows the same rules. Because we don’t bill insurance, no diagnosis goes to an insurer unless you choose to send a superbill yourself.
Programs cost from $600 (Mithaq) to $3,000 (Rahma) in total. Most are $200 a session, one a week, charged to your card when each session is booked, so there’s no big upfront payment. HSA and FSA cards work where your plan allows.
We don’t bill insurance. If you want to claim out-of-network, we can give you a superbill for your therapy sessions. It includes a diagnosis code that goes on your insurance record, so if that matters to you, just don’t submit it. Your care is the same either way.
Yes. For each provider you can choose a man, a woman, or no preference, and we’ll tell you plainly if we can’t match it. Right now all our therapists are women, and some of our spiritual advisors are too. If you’d prefer a male imam, that’s common, and we’ll look for one for you.
Yes. Before you start, tell us which times to avoid, like prayer times or jumu’ah. It doesn’t change the price or the number of sessions.
You don’t need to be in crisis. We help with anxiety and low mood, OCD, divorce, grief, preparing for marriage, and marriage itself. We don’t yet have a program for trauma.
Zaha works best if you want both a therapist and a spiritual advisor. If you only want one, or another kind of care would suit you better, we’ll tell you honestly.
Zaha is not emergency care. If you’re in immediate danger, call 911. In crisis or distress, call or text 988, or call Naseeha at 1-866-627-3342.
As much or as little as you want. Du’a and other religious elements are offered, never assumed.
Nothing, for now. Joining doesn’t start care or hold a place. When we open in your state, we’ll email you the program, price and times, before you share anything about your health. If the timing isn’t right, just say so and you’ll stay on the list.
