Clinical Advisor — recruiting
Licensed clinical psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or senior LCSW with 10+ years experience, ideally with deep Muslim community work. Named clinical authority for Zaha — signs the Clinical Safety Manual, conducts final clinical interview on every provider hire, named on malpractice policy, on-call for clinical escalation. 8–12 hours/month at advisor stage; expands to fractional/full-time post-Seed.

A Muslim woman in healthcare, social work, or community leadership who can hold us accountable on women’s care, the matching protocol, and how Zaha shows up for sisters across the ummah.

Healthcare Operations Advisor — recruiting
Operator who has run a mental health practice, healthtech startup, or telehealth network. HIPAA, vendor stack, payer ops, scaling lessons.
